Slow Cooker Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

2cups- Arborio Rice
1/2cup of sugar
2-tabs of butter
Tsp-salt
1small bag-dried coconut
1can sweetened condensed milk
1can cream of coconut
8cups-whole milk
1tbsp-cinnamon
1cup-cream (not as creamy-half cup cream)

Method:

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER:
High for 3 1/2 hours (dont absorb all liquid-will set in fridge)
Set in fridge for 8+hours.
(Dont like coconut? Substitute the cream of coconut with another can of sweetened condensed & instead add a bit of orange zest and half of the oranges juice with some vanilla extract)

Slow cooked rice pudding.

Ingredients:

110g pudding rice
25g sugar
25g butter
1.2L milk




Instructions:

Grease cooker and throw all ingredients in turn onto high and cook for 3 hours. Stirring a couple times threw cooking time.

1/2 cap of vanilla essence
Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2.5 hours stiring every so often.
Then extra cinnamon for prettiness when done.
