Slow cooker chocolate brownie

Slow cooker chocolate brownie.
I experimented and it worked! I usually do them In the oven but will definitely do it like this again it was perfectly gooey in the middle and crisp on the outside.
2-4 hours depending how gooey you like it!

Ingredients:

100 gram Melted butter
200 gram Melted dark chocolate
100 gram milk chocolate chunks
4 eggs
250 gram golden caster sugar
100 gram plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
30 gram cocoa

Directions:

Just mix all together then add the chunks , bake in slow cooker for 4 hours on low.
Oh and Pop a towel under lid!
Usually do it in oven at 180 for 20-30 mins and to be honest it’s as nice either way.
I also grease the pot with butter and dust with coco !
