Slow cooker caramel cake made with slow cooker condensed milk caramel.
It’s quite a dense cake, almost like a mud cake.
Only 4 ingredients.
1 can top n fill caramel- (I made my own from condensed milk in the SC. 6hours high).
1 cup of SR flour.
1 egg.
75g Butter, softened
Directions:
Line and grease slow cooker with baking paper.
In a mixing bowl add all 4 ingredients. Mix on high speed until everything is combined and turns light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
Pour in to slow cooker.
Place tea towel under the lid and cook on high for 1.5 hours.

For the “icing:
I whipped up some thickened cream and more caramel.
Topped with some spun sugar (just sugar heated in a pan).
This recipe is originally for cupcakes, so only makes a small cake.
You can also substitute caramel for plain condensed milk, then you’ll have vanilla cake. Or if you use chocolate condensed milk, you get chocolate cake.
