Slow Cooker Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients:
*1kg beef mince
1 onion diced
2 carrot grated
2 egg
1 cup raw rice
12 large whole cabbage leaves
2 Large tin of tomato soup
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mixed herbs
Method:
*Mix beef mince, onion, carrot, egg, mixed herbs & rice together
Put Cabbage leaves in pot of boiling water, to soften leaves to be able to fold.
Put abit of mince mixture on cabbage leaf, and fold cabbage leaf up like a parcel.
Put in slow cooker, cover with tomato soup (no water, only soup from tin), Worcestershire sauce.
Cook on low for about 8 hrs.
*I’ve got the cabbage rolls, in 2 layers
They cook perfectly fine.
