Sausages in Brown Onion Gravy
Ingredients
1 kg thin beef sausages
2 onions sliced
1/2 cup Maggi Rich Meat Gravy powder
1 L of water
(you can use any gravy mix of your choice. if you are using sachets , i would suggest you add 2 packets with appropriate water as per the gravy instructions.)
Directions:
let the sausages pre-brown in the pan and pre cook the onion for 3 mins until translucent.
(You can skip the first cooking step if you prefer)
Place sausages and onion in the slow cooker bowl.
Mix the gravy powder and water then add to slow cooker.
Cook it on high for 1 hour and then cook on low heat for 4 hours.
It can be kept warm for longer if needed.
