Potato gem chicken tot I cooked.. It was sooo yummy.
Ingredients:
1 bag Potato gems
100g diced bacon
1/2 kg boneless chicken fillets
2 cups shredded cheese
3/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Spray cooker bowl with cooking spray
Layer half gems on bottom of bowl
Sprinkle with some bacon and cheese
Add diced chicken
Season with salt and pepper and add more bacon and cheese and remainder of gems
Finish with remainder of cheese and bacon. Poor over milk.
Cook low 4-6 hours until chicken cooked through.
