Simple but delicious
Mayflower chinese chicken curry recipe was a winner in the marsh mansion, I’ve always done this in the pan but after this I never will again.
Ingredients:
1 onion
2 chicken breasts
Salt & pepper (as you like)
1 pint of cold water
3oz/ 85g of curry powder
1/2 cup Frozen peas
Instructions:
Layer the bottom of slow cooker with onion cut chunky.
Place chicken breasts onto onions, season with salt & pepper.
In a jug mix cold water with curry powder, whisk then add to slow cooker, on low for 5 hours.
Half hour before serving turn slow cooker to high, shred chicken, add frozen peas and leave lid off.
