Slow Cooker Magic Bean Cake

INGREDIENTS:
1x420g tin of kidney beans
1tablespoon of water or coffee
1tablespoon of vanilla essence
70g of coco powder
1teaspoon of baking power
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
125g butter
5 eggs
180g of sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Purée the beans coffee or water, 1 egg & vanilla until smooth.
Beat butter and sugar until light on fluffy. Add rest of eggs one at a time. Add bean mixture and mix well. Add sifted coco powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Mix well. Cook in slow cooker on high for approx 2 hours.
