Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake

Ingredients

2 lb beef steak, cut into large cubes

4–5 potatoes, peeled and chopped

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried herbs (Italian seasoning or thyme)

2 tbsp olive oil

½ cup beef broth

Loaded Steak and Potato Bake

Instructions

Place the cubed steak in the slow cooker. Add the chopped potatoes on top. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Drizzle with olive oil and pour in the beef broth.
Cover and cook:
6–8 hours on low or on high for 3–4 hours until the steak is tender and the potatoes are soft. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top during the last 15 minutes of cooking, cover again, and let it melt before serving.
