LAMB KEBABS

So it’s SLOW COOKER LAMB KEBABS
Much tastier and healthier and cheaper than buying takeaway.

Lamb mince is just bought from my local Woolworths store.
They key to getting great kebab meat is to mix the mince and ingredients together very very very well, until it becomes an almost sticky consistency.
Feel free to substitute onion powder for the onion salt.

Sooooo good

Ingredients:

✔1kg lamb mince
✔2 teaspoons mixed herbs
✔3 teaspoons onion salt
✔3 teaspoons garlic powder
✔2 teaspoons salt
✔1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Mix mince and ⬆ all above ingredients ⬆very very well together to form a loaf shape, and wrap in foil.
In MY slowcooker, I cook on LOW for 5 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
Slice thinly, add your preferred salad and sauces(we like tzatziki with lamb),roll up, and put in sandwich press to crisp up outside and melt the cheese.
