Beef Rissoles and Gravy

Slow Cooker Beef rissoles and gravy

Ingredients:

600g beef mince
1 grated onion
1 egg
1/2 bread crumbs (I use Panko)
Parsley
Salt/pepper
And a sprinkle of curry powder




Gravy:
Whisk together 3tbs flour, 1 tbs beef stock powder, 2 cups water and a dash of Parisian browning sauce (optional it won’t change the taste of not used, it only gives the gravy a lovely brown color)

Method:

Combine all the rissole ingredients together. Roll out 8 balls and flatten slightly. Place at the bottom of your slow cooker, then pour over your gravy mixture.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
