Another of my ālazyā recipes that I havenāt done in a while…Honey Mustard Chicken š
INGREDIENTS:
– 500g chicken breast, whole
– 1x jar Master foods Honey Mustard Chicken sauce
– 300g chopped vegetables of your choice (I used fresh thinly sliced carrots and a bag of frozen broccoli, capsicum & string beans that I previously prepped)

METHOD:
– Place chicken and sauce in slow cooker & cook on LOW for 5 hours
* Add vegetables after 2 hours and gently stir to combine
* Remove chicken at 3 hour mark, roughly shred and add back to cooker (giving a quick stir to combine) for the remaining hour
I served with rice.
