Slow Cooker Honey & Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
1 kg skinless chicken thighs or chicken drumsticks
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup honey
Instructions
Put chicken in slow cooker
Mix other ingredients and pour over
Now cover it and cook on low for about 6-7 hours.
If you are using drumsticks, you may like to debone and toss the meat in the sauce before serving.
