Garlic Herb Steak Recipe
This recipe i found sounded yum and says to wrap it all in foil and cook it in the oven, but I’m trying it in the slow cooker instead.
Ingredients:
???? 900g Sirloin steak cubed
6-8 med potatoes cut in quarters
2x carrots cubed
1x red & green Capsicum cubed
Salt & pepper
1x Tablespoons olive oil
“garlic herb butter”
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup parsley
4x garlic cloves
1x Teaspoon rosemary
1x Teaspoon thyme
Directions:
????Cube steak & season with salt and pepper
????In a bowl add the potato, carrot, Capsicum, onion & season with salt and pepper & mix in the olive oil.
????Melt butter in microwave
????In stabmixer blend the garlic, parsley, thyme & rosemary until chopped finely & mix in the melted butter.
????Place the meat & veg in the slow cooker then pour over the garlic herb butter.
????I’m trying HIGH 4 hours (depending on your slow cooker though)
