*Sweet Chilli Chicken Stir Fry
500g diced chicken
2 carrots, julienned
1 zucchini, julienned
1/2 c byup snow peas, sliced
1 cup of sweet chilli sauce
– will cook on low for 4 hours, & serve on steamed rice.
*Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce
500g mince
420g can Italian diced tomatoes
1/2 cup of tomato paste
1 teaspoons of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of bolognese mixed herbs
– will cook on low, in slow cooker for 6 hours.
*Green Curry Chicken
2 chicken breast, diced
200g snow peas, whole
2 carrots, sliced
1 cup chicken stock
420g can of coconut cream
500g jar green curry sauce
– will cook on low, for 4 hours, & serve with rice or noodles.
*Beef Satay
500g beef, diced
2 cups frozen mixed veggies
420g can coconut cream
1 cup satay sauce
– will cook on low for 6 hours, & serve on steamed rice.
it’s great, I do it now & then, it helps fill up the freezer, & don’t have to think to hard what’s for tea lol.

Question: Do you pre cook anything? Or is it all raw in the bag?
Answer: Everything is raw. Just put it all in the zip lock bags, put them in the freezer, then just pull out whichever one you want, when you need.
Question: How far do you fill them up ? I got to let my slow cookers cool down first before I bag them up.
Answer: You don’t cook first hun, it all goes in the zip lock bags raw.

Answer: You make them up and out them in the freezer. Then you dump (put) them in your slow cooker to cook. They are awesome when you can’t be bothered making dinner!

Answer: Not sure sorry, just asked for diced beef, at the butchers.
