Slow Cooker Curried Sausages Recipe
Ingredients:
24 sausages (cut each into 3 pieces)
6 medium size potatoes, diced
3 (good sized) carrots, slices
2 cups frozen beans
2 small onions diced
2 cups beef stock
1 can of coconut cream
4 tablespoons curry powder
Directions:
Put sausages, veggies & stock in slow cooker.
Stir curry powder into coconut cream, & pour into slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Then mix 2 tbsp of corn flour with a little water stir threw let cook for a further 15 mins, to thicken, before serving.
