Creamy French onion chicken and spinach fettuccine
Ingredients:
1kg boneless chicken thigh
2 French onion soup dry mix (Coles)
600ml cream (though may add 300ml extra of sour cream or extra cream next time as i like more sauce.)
Red/green capsicum
1 x red onion
1x bag baby spinach (could use frozen or any green you like)
Salt/pepper
Garlic oil
1 packet of san remo raw spinach pasta fettuccini.
Directions:
Put everything in, set on high for 6 hours. I added raw pasta in the last hour or two.
This is just my version of a creamy french onion dish I’ve seen on here, i add things to my taste, this recipe is a guide and my own measurements . It tasted great and fed 9 people, very generous portions. Play round with the recipe as you please.
