Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup
Ingredients:
1 Litre Chicken Stock
500gm Chicken Breast Fillets
2 Cans Creamed Corn
1 Onion (grated)
1 Clove Garlic (grated)
2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 Egg Whites
Spring onions
Salt n Pepper
Directions:
Add all ingredients except egg whites.. cook on high for 2 hours then pull out chicken breast and shred with a fork and then put back into the slow cooker.. i then just leave it on low for a few more hours.. at the end i whisk in the egg whites.

Did a salmon, zucchini and carrot quiche in my cooker and it turned out great. Pretty much my own recipe.
Ingredients:
2-3 carrots grated (depending on size)
2-3 zucchini’s grated (same aas above)
1 large onion diced (or 2 small)
1 cup SR flour
5-6 eggs lightly beaten
Salt and pepper
Add garlic granules also if preferred
Large tin pink salmon or real salmon (250 gm chopped) is better
1/2 cup cooking cream
1/4 cup olive oil)
Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
Method:
Mix altogether and pour into slow cooker (sprayed and lined with baking paper) spread out evening and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5 hours. Turn off 1/2 hour before cooking time is over to allow to set and cook.
Lift bowl out and top upside down onto plate then flip back over carefully.
I cut an oval shape measured from the top of the bowl because this gives you a little to go up the sides. Then lone large piece cut in two to go around the sides. Spray the bowl before you put it in so it sticks then lightly spray again once it’s in. Then pour the batter in.
Absolutely fool proof!.
