Slow Cooker Chicken Potato Bake Recipe. Can’t wait until this is ready. It smells so good!
INGREDIENTS
4 large potatoes -peeled and sliced
1 onion – diced
1 stock cube
1 tin condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup thickened cream
2 cups grated cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Layer potatoes in the slow cooker
Put over onion
Combine soup, stock cube & cream in a bowl
Put mixture over potatoes
Sprinkle grated cheese over top
Cook for about 4 hours on high with a tea towel under the lid to prevent moisture.
