2 cups chicken broth

8 oz wide egg noodles (half a bag)

½ tsp black pepper (or what you like)
How to Make Chicken and Corn Dinner In Slow Cooker
-
Put raw chicken breasts flat in the bottom of a 5-6 quart slow cooker.
-
Open corn cans and pour over chicken. Spread it to cover most of the chicken.
-
Add chicken broth on top. Shake on salt and pepper.
-
Put lid on. Cook on LOW 4-5 hours or HIGH 2½-3 hours till chicken is soft and shreds easy with forks.
-
Shred chicken in cooker with forks. Mix into corn.
-
Dump in dry noodles. Stir so they sink in the hot mix.
-
Cover. Cook on HIGH 20-30 min. Stir halfway. Noodles get soft and soak up juice. Add hot water if too thick; let sit if too runny.
-
Taste. Add more salt/pepper if you want. Scoop into bowls. Eat warm!
