Southern Peach Brie Bites 3-Ingredient

Makes: 18–24 bites

What You Need

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thaw it like the box says, about 8–10 oz)

  • 4 oz brie cheese (keep the skin on, cut into tiny blocks)

  • 1/2 cup thick peach jam

How to Make Them

  1. Put foil on a cookie sheet. Spray it lightly with oil so bites don’t stick.
  2. Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Put rack in the middle.
  3. Put thawed pastry on a table with a little flour. Roll it gently to make it smooth, like a 10×10 inch square.
  4. Cut into 2-inch squares with a knife. Get about 18–24 pieces. Put them on the sheet with space between.
  5. Cut brie into 1/2-inch cubes. Put one in the middle of each square. Push down a bit.
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon peach jam on each cheese cube. Don’t add too much or it spills.
  7. Fold two corners over the top and pinch lightly, or leave open.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes till golden and bubbly.
  9. Cool 5–10 minutes. They are hot! Use a spatula to lift. Serve warm.
