Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups (200 g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Cooked bacon, crumbled
1 packet (1 oz ) ranch seasoning mix
Green onions or chives
Salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Place the chicken breast in an layer in the slow cooker. Over the chicken sprinkle salt, ranch seasoning & black pepper then add the cream cheese on top and cover the slow cooker & low for 5 hours, until the chicken is tender..
When chicken tender then shred the chicken in the slow cooker & continue stirring until creamy.
Now add the shredded cheddar cheese & lot of the bacon and mix well.
And let it cook until the cheese melts. if it melts, finish it off with the remaining bacon and green onions. serve it hot.
