Caramel fudge and turned out perfect!! Love this site for the ideas and recipes. I want to do caramel fudge with maltesers on top.
Ingredients:
500 gram white chocolate,
400 gram jersey caramels,
395g condensed milk.
Directions:
Chopped up jersey caramels a bit then threw everything in, cooked on high for 1 hour, stirring every 15mins. Poured into baking paper lined tin then pushed some maltesers in and popped it in the fridge to set.
So easy ????
