1 lb chicken tenders

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (tossed in, if a light crust is required)
For the Spicy Honey Garlic Butter Glaze:

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2–1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders: Instructions

Season the Chicken:
Add chicken tenders to a large bowl and combine with garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and flour if desired. -
Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F / 74°C inside).
Remove chicken and place on a plate. -
Prepare the Spicy Honey Garlic Glaze:
Lower heat to medium. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add honey, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Boil 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened. -
Coat the Chicken:
Return chicken tenders to the skillet and stir in the hot glaze until fully coated.
Allow chicken to rest off the heat for 1–2 minutes to absorb extra flavor. -
Serve:
Serve warm with extra glaze drizzled on top. Pair with rice, roasted vegetables, or enjoy alone.
