Banana Blueberry Cake thing to get rid of my ripe bananas.
Ingredients:
5 ripe bananas (small)
1 punnet blueberries
2 1/2 cups of self raising flour
100g butter (melted)
1/4 cup milk
2eggs
Method:
Grease slow cooker with butter
mix all ingredients
transfer to slow cooker
cook on low for 4 hours.
Used my 3L slow cooker for this.
(I just greased the slow cooker because I had run out of baking paper when it was cooked I just ran a spatula around the sides and it came straight out when I tipped it upside down.)
