Creamy Bacon Chicken Delight
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
2. Now heat the olive oil in a large pan on medium heat.
3. Cook the chicken for five to six minutes until golden, then remove and set aside.
4. Now add garlic to the same pan and fry for 30 seconds.
5. Pour in chicken broth, and scraping up any browned bits.
6. Put Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and paprika then Stir well.
5. Simmer for three to four minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Now put the chicken back in the pan and pour a spoon of sauce over it.
7. Now sprinkle bacon on top and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes.
8. Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)and serve hot.
