Let’s See How to Made Slow Cooker Top Deck Fudge
Directions:
lightly spray a baking tray(slice) and line with baking paper, put aside. In the slow cooker add 1 block of chocolate(milk) 1 bag of choc melts, 1 tin of condensed milk, 100 grams of chopped butter 2 tablespoon golden syrup, 2Tbs of brown sugar and 1 lid full of vanilla essence. Turn slow cooker on high,(lid off ) after 10 mins give it a stir. Let it melt a bit longer and then give another stir, making sure you get all the air bubbles out of it (so constantly stirring for the last 10-20 mins). When all ingredients are melted, combined to a nice think creamy texture, turn off slow cooker. The mixture should slowly slide off the spoon.(nice & fluffy) then spoon into the prepared tin, tilt the tin a bit & let the mixture slide into the mould of the tin. Give the tin a little tap of the bench and remove any other air bubbles then pop into the fridge. (bottom level done)
After about 3-4 hours, check on the already made fudge, and if its nice firm and hard, then your ready to make the white fudge for the top deck.
Now the remaining ingredients pop back in to the slow cooker (make sure you clean it first from the first batch) follow the same as the chocolate one, again so its nice and creamy texture and no air bubbles. Once that’s all melted, grab the all ready prepared fudge and pour the white one over the top, again tilt the tray a lil and let the mixture slide into place. Another lil tap on the bench. (don’t worry about pouring the hot/warm fudge over the cold one, it will not melt it. You can then decorate as you please, my thought it less is better so it looks simple and tidy. Pop that back in the fridge for a further 3-4 hours or over night. Once fully set, cut into cubes and store in the fridge in a air tight container.
