Slow Cooker Sweet Chicken Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
2 onions
1 clove garlic
2 carrots
1 green apple
2 chicken stock cubes
1 cup of water
1 whole chicken
Curry powder
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Chop all ingredients put in bottom of slow cooker sit the chicken on top and add the water and stock cubes. I cooked on high for 5 hours turning the chicken occasionally. Then took the chicken out and took the meat from the bones a put it back in the cooker. Added some frozen peas and corn cooked on low for another hour or so.
The apple and sweet potato should make it sweet but if you like it sweater add a little sugar. If it’s thin thicken with cream of chicken cup of soup.
