This easy recipe uses simple ingredients and cooks in minutes, making homemade naan possible even on busy days.

- Notes: Prevents sticking and adds mild richness.
- Optional: Fresh garlic, minced or powdered garlic, to add an additional flavor.

Instructions
Prepare the Dough
Combine the eggs, almond flour (or coconut flour), Greek yogurt, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl and blend. The bread mixture must be thick and not very sticky. In case it is too thick, you can add a teaspoon of water or a little more yogurt to make it somewhat liquid.
Cook the Naan
Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan on medium heat and put a small amount of olive oil on the pan.
When the pan is hot, pour approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the dough onto the pan and spread it flat round in shape, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Bake 2-3 minutes per side or to a golden brown and cooked.
Optional Garlic Flavor
To add more flavor with garlic you can add minced garlic or even garlic powder to the dough right before baking or you can brush the cooked naan with a small amount of melted butter and garlic.
Serve
After cooking naan, take it out of the pan and then continue to do the same on the rest of the dough.
Fresh herbs such as parsley or cilantro can be added as a garnish.
Enjoy
Dine naan hot with your favorite dips, curries or a side with any other meal.
