Syrup Sponge Pudding in the Slow Cooker
Ingredients:
150g Self Raising Flour
150g Baking spread
3 Small eggs (or 150g eggs)
150g Caster sugar
Method:
Mix the flour, spread, caster sugar and eggs. Grease a bowl & put a generous amount of golden syrup at the bottom. Add the sponge mix on top & cover the bowl with foil. Place the bowl in the slow cooker & fill with hot water, the hot water should come approx. halfway up the bowl. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve with custard – Enjoy x

Clotted cream fudge…absolutely amazing!
Ingredients:
275g sugar
100g golden syrup
270g clotted cream
1tsp vanilla extract
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients well in the slow cooker
2. Cook on low for 4hrs
3. Remove from heat and stir for 15 mins ( yes your arms ache after but its worth it)
4. Pour/spoon onto wax/ greased baking paper and cool for an hour
Dead simple and so yummy! Diet starts next month lol
