Slow Cooker Sticky pork ribs for dinner, meat was falling off the bone!
Ingredients:
2 Cups of BBQ sauce (I used fountain)
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Placed ribs in the slow cooker and seasoned with a little bit of salt and pepper. Mixed all ingredients except salt and pepper into a bowl and poured three quarters of the ingredients over the ribs. Turned on high for 2 hours and then 4 hours on low.
Used the last quarter of the ingredients and basted the sauce over the top and finished in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Finished with wedges and coleslaw.
