How to Make Slow Cooker Tax Day Chicken 4-Ingredient

Spray the slow cooker with oil if you want less mess later.

Put the raw chicken tenders flat on the bottom. They can touch a bit, but keep them even for good cooking.

Mix barbecue sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Stir until it’s smooth. These 3 kitchen helpers make the yummy sauce.

Pour it all over the chicken. Spoon some under the pieces so everything gets covered.

Put the lid on. Cook it on low heat for 3-4 hrs or high heat for 1 1/2-2 hrs. Chicken should be soft and hot inside at 165°F.

Use two forks to pull the chicken into shreds in the pot. Or keep pieces big if you like. Mix it in the sauce.

Taste it. Add a little salt or more sauce if you want. Serve hot on rice or potatoes with extra sauce.
