Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin 4-Ingredient
Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin: Directions
-
Put the whole pork tenderloin in the slow cooker. Keep it as one long piece—no cutting or browning needed. It looks pink and hard now, but that’s good for slow cooking.
-
In a bowl, mix the onion soup mix, mushroom soup, and water with a whisk until mostly smooth. Little lumps are okay—they melt later.
-
Pour the mix all over the pork. Make sure the top gets covered well. Extra will pool around it to make gravy.
-
Put the lid on. Cook it on LOW heat for 4 to 5 hrs or HIGH heat for 2 to 3 hrs. Pork is done when super soft and hits 145°F inside with a thermometer.
-
Move pork to a board and rest 5 minutes. Stir the sauce in the cooker to make smooth gravy.
-
Cut pork into 1/2-inch slices. Put on plates and spoon gravy on top. Serve hot with sides.
