Slow Cooker Easter Fudge

Slow cooker Easter fudge ???

Ingredients:

500 gram Cheap white chocolate (Tescos)
1 tin Sweetened Condensed Milk (397gram) (NOT Evaporated Milk)
15 gram Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Optional)
Cadbury mini eggs
Sprinkles
Food colouring gels




Slow Cooker Easter Fudge

Directions:

Chuck all your butter, condensed milk, white chocolate & Vanilla extract into your slow cooker.
Turn to high (Keep the lid off, you do not want condensation getting into the mix)
Stir the mix every 15 mins, for 45 minutes total. When ready,, it should ‘ve a slight filmy crust on when you mix it.
Add some mini eggs & food colouring and give a final mix.
Turn out into a grease proof lined baking tray & spread evenly, add your sprinkles and the rest of your mini eggs.

Let cool for 30 mins on the counter, before popping into the fridge for 3 hrs (the longer in the fridge the more fudge like it becomes). Enjoy
