Well I got my baby 1.5l Cooker from Woolies. Came home and cooked a slow cooker chocolate cake and I was very impressed with result. The kids thought it was so cute. Lets move toward the ingredients first.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup SR flour
- 3 heaped tblspns cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 heaped tblspns butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Method:
Mix everything together until mixture is smooth. Now spray bowl of slow cooker with oil and line bottom with baking paper. After that pour the mixture into bowl, Place tea towel under the lid and cook on high 1 1/2hrs.
