Slow Cooker Cheddar Burger Beef Dip

Slow Cooker Cheddar Burger Beef Dip: If you love easy weekend food, this cheesy beef dip is perfect for you. It only needs a few things from your kitchen, takes just a little time to get ready, and then the slow cooker does all the hard work. It tastes like a warm, cheesy burger turned into a soft, scoopable dip. This dish is great for game days, movie nights, or any time you want something filling without standing at the stove for a long time.

Serve this dip while it’s hot, along with strong tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, pretzel bites, or sturdy crackers that won’t break under a thick, meaty dip. If you want to turn it into a bigger snack or meal, add some pickle slices, celery sticks, and carrot sticks on the side. You can also spoon this cheesy beef dip over baked potatoes, hamburger buns, or even a pile of fries for something different and fun.

This creamy, cheesy beef dip mixes ground beef, melted cheddar soup, cream cheese, and salsa into a warm, hearty snack that’s ready in just a few hours. With only five simple ingredients and one slow cooker, it’s an easy party food or lazy weekend treat that everyone will want to dig into again and again.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 227g cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Slow Cooker Cheddar Burger Beef Dip: Directions

  1. Put the ground beef into the slow cooker and break it apart into big chunks with a spoon or your hands. Pour the condensed cheddar cheese soup right on top of the beef. Then add the cubed cream cheese, salsa, and garlic powder, spreading them out so they sit evenly over the meat.
  2. Put the lid on the slow cooker and set it to cook on low heat. Let it cook for 2 and a half to 3 hours. About halfway through, take off the lid and give everything a good stir, then put the lid back on. Keep cooking until the beef is fully done and both cheeses have melted into a soft, gooey mix.
  3. Take off the lid and stir the whole mixture really well. Mix the beef, melted cheese, salsa, and seasoning together until it turns into one thick, creamy dip. If you want the dip to feel smoother with smaller beef pieces, keep breaking up the meat as you stir until it’s the texture you like.
  4. When the dip looks fully mixed and creamy, switch your slow cooker to the “warm” setting so it stays hot without overcooking. Serve it right away with crunchy chips, toasted bread slices, or soft pretzel bites for dipping.
