I hope you are doing well. Today, i am very excited to share slow cooker Asian beef and potato recipe with you guys. Let’s move forward toward the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 600g of diced beef
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 bag of baby potatoes cut into half
- 1 ok of button mushrooms cut in half
- 1 pk of cherry tomatoes selection
- 5 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 teaspoon of pink rock salt
- 1 teaspoon of grinded peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
- 2 tablespoon of ghee
Method:
First turn on the slow cooker to high and add the ghee leave to melt this should take about 10 minutes. Then add the onions, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, thyme, & parsley.
Now stir to combine then add the diced beef & potatoes stir well add the tomatoes. Put the lid on and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Add the mushrooms 1 hour before serving. Your slow cooker asian beef recipe is ready to serve.
