Slow Cooked Smokey Brisket.
Ingredients:
* Brisket (I had an 800g piece)
* 1 packet of Grill Mates Tennessee Smokehouse bbq rub
* 1 tablespoon Olive oil
* 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
* 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
* 1 cup beef stock
Method :
1. Mix BBQ rub, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and liquid smoke together and rub over brisket. Allow to marinate for at least 30 mins.
2. Place Marinated brisket in the slow cooker along with beef stock & cook on low for 8 hours.
3. (Optional) Brown Meat under grill to caramelize.
