Ricotta and Spinach Cannelloni.
This place warms my heart. After a bad day and still not feeling 100%.. i came home feeling.. meh. Till i read all the comment and likes you all give my food.. I’ve thrown this together feeling a bit more positive..
Ingredients:
Filling
250gm Spinach (i just defrosted and drained)
250gm Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup tasty cheese
2 egg yolks
2 tsp minced garlic
Sauce
3/4 cup passata sauce
Basil
1/2 cup Cream
Cheese
Instructions
Mix together filling ingredients & fill cannelloni shells. I actually used lasagna sheets rolled up.
Pour in greased slow cooker dish & cover with passata sauce.
Sprinkle with basil and then drizzle with cream.
Top with cheese.
2 hours on high…
