Poor Man's Stew

This is called Poor Man’s Stew but I feel so rich eating it!.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
4 large potatoes, diced
4 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme

Directions:

1. Brown the ground beef in a pan on medium heat until it is no longer pink, draining off excess fat.
2. Add beef, carrots, potatoes, onion and garlic in the slow cooker.

3. Pour beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir and mix well.

4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low about 7-8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.

5. Taste before serving and add seasoning if needed and serve hot.
