- breadcrumbs

Gravy & Topping
- sliced mushrooms
- Quantity: 2 cups
- brown gravy mix
- Quantity: 1 packet
- onion soup mix

- beef broth or water

InstructionsÂ
Make the Patties
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into 4 thick patties.
Layer in Crockpot
- Put hamburger patties into the bottom of crockpot.
- Pour mushrooms cut in slices on top.
Add Gravy
- Whisk together brown gravy mixture, onion soup mix and beef broth in a bowl.
- evenly pour on patties and mushrooms.
Cook
- Low: 6-7 hours
- High: 3-4 hours
Serve
