Lasagna tortilla boats (amazing)
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 onion
500g mince
1 can diced tomatoes
1 bay leave
2 beef xoxo cubes
1 can tomato paste
Béchamel sauce
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
Heat milk on its own till warm
Mix flour and butter till combined take off heat and slowly add milk return to heat until thickens
Directions:
Mince cooked in slow cooker On high for 5 hours. Tortillas in oven 10 minutes first
Layer meat lasagna sheet béchamel sauce twice then add cheese on top in oven 15-20 minutes
Enjoy. (I didn’t want the mince to soak thru so i cooked them first to make a bit harder.. I reckon they wud freeze ok. Tortillas don’t actually taste like one just like a short crust pastry i spose. My hubby loved them ate it like a pie lol)

Slow Cooker Redskin fudge
Ingredients:
1 bag of red skins
2 blocks nestle Milky bar chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
1 tinned condensed milk
Method:
To decorate: small/tiny cupcake cases
Sugar deco
Put it all in slow cooker on high. Stir every 15 minutes. After 45 minutes give it a really big stir and scrape the bottom to get the redskins melted.
Put in cake tin
Put in fridge
Leave overnight (or whatever you want)
Cut up into pieces.
Put in patty pans
Squeeze the pan around the edges of the fudge
Put sugar deco on top.
Eat!
