Ground Beef Chow Mein Slow Cooker. I’m not a great cook — but every single time I’ve made this, people ask me for the recipe.
Noodles, ground beef, and a sweet saucy sauce all come together in one pot. This slow cooker chow mein is easy and budget-friendly. Ground beef cooks faster than beef strips and absorbs flavor well. Brown the meat, add everything to the slow cooker, and let it cook.
