I have been wanting to try this for a while now, gingerbeer silverside. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.
Ingredients
1 x 1.25Ltr Ginger Beer
1 x Piece of Silverside
Instructions
Wash the silverside piece in cold water.
Add silverside in the slow cooker.
Pour in the bottle of Ginger Beer
Cook on Low for 6 – 8 hours.
** You can use Ginger Beer instead of Dry Ginger Ale.
