Jumping on the donner kebab bandwagon!
Can definitely say home made is far superior than a take away 10/10. Also I cheated with the kebabs sauce, that’s shop bought. Check how good it slices ??
INGREDIENTS:
500 grams of lamb mince
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
One whole egg
20 ml of oil (I used rapeseed)
Directions:
Blitz everything up with a hand blender (you will be there all night doing it by hand) until smooth and combined.
Divide into two and roll up tight in cling film and refrigerate over night.
Take out the fridge, roll up tight in tin foil (minus the cling film) place in the slow cooker on top of halved onions and cook on low for 5 hours…
