Crockpot Creamy Pork Chops ( 2 Ingredients )
Ingredients (Serves 4)
4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Put the pork chops in the bottom of the Slow Cooker.
2. Sprinkle the onion soup mixture evenly over the pork.
3. Spoon the cream of mushroom soup on top and spread gently (No add any water).
4. Cover and cook on low for about 7-8 hours, If time is short, cook on high for 3-4 hours.
5. The pork chops should be tender and should be smothered in rich gravy.
Serving:
You can also serve this with mashed Potatoes, white Rice or egg noodles, steamed green beans or peas, with rolls or biscuits.
Tips:
Thick chops stay juicier.
for extra flavor lightly sear chops first (optional)
If you want to prepare it, Add chopped mushrooms or onions to it and reheat the remaining part beautifully.
