CROCK POT PEPPER STEAK is easy and tasty. The beef cooks slowly and becomes soft and juicy. Peppers and sauce give it great flavor. It is a simple meal you can enjoy anytime.
I will demonstrate another fast way of preparing the Pepper Steak dish in Instant Pot. I could clean up the kitchen since I did not have to be over the burner as the beef was cooked in my Instant Pot.
Ingredients

16 oz of beef stew meat.

2 of each bell peppers.

1 vegetable oil.

3 tbsp. Of worcestershire sauce.

1 tsp of minced garlic.

1 can of beef broth.

1 can of stewed tomatoes.

1 season salt.

1 all-purpose flour.
To prepare CROCK POT PEPPER STEAK

Add the flour and season salt into a large bowl and then cover the meat with the mixture.

Heat the oil in a skillet and put the meat, minced garlic, bell peppers (sliced into strips) and cook the dish till the meat begins to turn brown.

Take the meat and the peppers out of the skillet into a lined slow cooker and leave the grease.

To the oil in the skillet we cooked the meat in, put in the stewed tomatoes complete with juice, and 1 can of beef broth.

Slowly add the flour, and stir until you have created a gravy and then pour it over the meat in the slow cooker.

Cook cover on low for 8 hours.
