Crock Pot Beef Stew Recipe (Dump & Thick + Cozy)
Ingredients:
2 lbs stew beef (chuck roast chunks work best)
4 cups potatoes, chopped
3 cups carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste (or ½ cup ketchup)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt + ½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tablespoon cornstarch plus 1/2 cup water (for thickening)
Directions:
Add beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic in the crock pot.
Now add the beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire, and seasonings to it and Stir.
Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW 8 hours or time is short then HIGH for 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
Mix the cornstarch with water, pour it into beef stew, stir and cover for 15 minutes until thickened.
Serve hot with white rice or mashed potatoes😍
