What You Need

2 to 2½ pounds chicken breasts or thighs (no skin or bones)

Use 2 cans (10.5 oz each) of chicken cream soup

2 cans (15 oz each) sweet corn, drained
How to Make Creamy Corn Chicken Slow Cooker

Spray or line your slow cooker (4-6 quarts) so it’s easy to clean.

Put chicken in a flat layer at the bottom. It’s okay if they touch a bit for even cooking.

Mix soup and drained corn in a bowl till smooth and thick.

Pour mix over chicken. Spread it to cover all. Don’t add water—the chicken makes juice for gravy.

Put lid on. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours. Chicken should shred easy with forks. LOW makes it extra soft.
