CHRISTMAS ROCKY ROAD FUDGE

SLOW COOKER WHITE CHOCOLATE CHRISTMAS ROCKY ROAD FUDGE.

WARNING THIS MAY NOT PLEASE EVERYONE TO FOLLOW IS ANOTHER YUM FUDGE

Ingredients:

One can of condensed milk
2 x 220 gram Blocks of white chocolate
150 grams Coloured Gummies Bear Lollies chopped
150 grams Honey Roasted Peanuts (or the nut of your choice)
200 grams mini marshmallows

Directions:

Put chocolate, and condensed milk in slow cooker on a high setting for 1/2 an hour or so, no lid, stir every 5-10 min max.
Once melted add all other ingredients and stir together.
Pour into lined tin and in the freezer for 2+ hours then cut and enjoy.
I topped with chopped gummies bear lollies and black icing as the string of the lights (because the white chocolate didn’t like the gel paste being added to it went all thick and couldn’t be piped onto the fudge, used the butter (1 tablespoon butter) icing sugar (about half a cup) and colour method of icing)
